Payoneer Account Blocked! (#MA104) Please contact customer support

Setelah lama tidak mengunjungi/mengecek akun ku di situs payoneer.com dan membaca informasi terbarunya, aku sebagai customer affiliasi freelancer Odesk.com yang menggunakan kartu debit card/ pre paid debit card master dari perusahaan payoneer, merasa kecewa karena akun telah di blokir dan ditutup tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu dan pemberian informasi apaun via email maupun sms sebelum pemblokiran. Sehingga saat itu aku tidak bisa login dan juga  ada warning yang muncul di layar berwarna merah dengan tulisan seperti berikut :

"Account Blocked! (#MA104) Please contact customer support"

Nah jadinya bingung deh kok bisa begini, apa penyebabnya??? pikiranku pun langsung kacau dan  bertanya-tanya??
Apa yang harus ku lakukan?
Bagaimana cara mengatasinya?
Waduh gaswat deh, kalo sampe tidak bisa di recovery ntar pake broker mana lagi yang gratisan!
Akibatnya transaksi online pun gak bisa &terganggu >.<

Akhirnya aku coba langsung menghubungi customer supportnya payoneer, karena aku ingin tanggapan yang cepat maka aku coba layanan Live Chat Cutommer Supportnya jadi bisa langsung chatting dengan CS-nya, tapi amat disayangkan saat aku coba ternyata tidak bisa karena custommer supportnya sedang Offline 3:(  
Sehingga aku hanya bisa meninggalkan pesan/comment dengan Form yang diberikan dan menyertakan ticket atau nomor referensi yan pernah diberikan kepadaku dari payoneer. tetapi jika anda mau sabar menunggu hingga beberapa jam saja atau hari hingga customer support payoneer Online di Live chat nya, ini akan sangat baik karena kita bisa berkomunikasi langsung ke CS di amerika dan membahas masalah yang terjadi untuk diselesaikan/klarifikasi dengan cepat oleh pihak payoneer, jadi mereka akan memprosesnya dengan cepat tapi dengan syarat-syarat tertentu!
